Goals Betting have spent several years betting and analyzing goals scored based systems including popular bets like:
Both Teams to Score Bets
Goals Galore Bets

We realised historically the most goals scored in English Football have been across the top four divisions namely the Barclays Premier League, Npower Championship, Npower League One and Npower League Two. Because of this we will primarily be focusing our analysis and picks across these leagues.

Goals Betting will be focusing primarily on weekend football matches (or midweeks when there is a large enough set of fixtures) as for our analysis to best yield results, there needs to be a large enough set of games to analyse and pick from. We’ll be using our own internally developed analysis code (no its not for sale, if it was then that’s a fair indication that it doesn’t work, and we would then be trying to flog it!!) and publishing our tips based on it.

There will be three betting systems running in parallel.

Both Teams To Score – Current Form Fixture Picks

The basic thought behind these picks is to see which team is having that hot run from our perspective (i.e. both scoring and conceding in their last 4 fixtures). We then check the fixtures and score and rank both teams to give them one score and probability that the fixture for that week between the two teams will yield another result where both teams score and concede.

Both Teams To Score – Season Form Team Picks

The basic thought behind these picks is that certain teams have been involved in a match where both teams score and concede more often than not. So we look at the top teams to have had the highest percentage of both teams score winning results and just selects the fixture regardless of who they are playing.

Goals Betting System – Both Teams to Score Picks

Goals Betting runs through all the maths to look at home and away prior results, current form, current goals scored, conceded, etc to calculate a ranking for a particular fixture. These are then ranked to determine the best picks for that set of games.

As you can see the three picks will very often yield completely different selections, but based on a typical both teams to score 4 way accumulator returning odds of 8 to 1, 3 parallel bets placed across these 3 systems will yield an even higher chance of success.

A side result of doing this is if you reverse the analysis you can also get a sense of 0 – 0 games (nil nil results, no score draws) which often offer higher odds. And usually a good side bet offering a chance to cover your other bets
